3. TCP Fast Pre-Filter: High-concurrency non-blocking dialers verify port availability with 2s timeout.
4. Xray Batch Verification: Pure Xray-core outbound runner testing actual proxy handshake.
5. Dual Latency Test: Cold connection and warm RTT measured against HTTP 204 endpoints.
6. Anti-MITM & Sinkhole Guard: Certificate pinning checks and invalid domain rejection prevent credential harvesting.
7. GeoIP & AI Validation: Cloudflare trace exit IP detection combined with real HTTP tests on Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
8. Scoring & Publishing: Regional EWMA score calculation ensures only reliable nodes remain active.
